Tasks (Agency)

The Tasks section at /admin/tasks gives you a cross-client view of every task in your workspace.

Task statuses

Tasks move through three statuses:

StatusMeaning
OpenWork in progress or not yet started
Client ReviewWaiting for the client to review and approve
CompletedDone

The task list groups tasks by status. Each group is collapsible.

Creating a task

  1. Click New Task.
  2. Select the client the task belongs to.
  3. Add a title, description, and due date.
  4. Set the initial status.

Assigning tasks

Tasks can be assigned to a specific team member. Assigned tasks appear in that person's personal queue.

Moving a task to Client Review

When work is ready for the client to review, change the status to Client Review. This moves the task into the client's review queue and they see it highlighted on their dashboard.

Bulk actions

Select multiple tasks using the checkboxes to bulk-update their status or reassign them.

Filtering

Use the filter bar to narrow by client, assignee, status, or due date range.
