Services & Pricing

Define the services your agency offers in Settings → Services. These are used when creating invoices and proposals for clients.

Creating a service

  1. Click New Service.
  2. Enter the service name (e.g. "Social Media Management").
  3. Set a price and choose a billing unit (per month, per hour, fixed, etc.).
  4. Add a description (optional) — this appears on client-facing invoices.
  5. Click Save.

Pricing tiers

Each service can have multiple pricing tiers to represent different service levels (e.g. Starter, Growth, Enterprise). Add tiers from the service detail view.

Using services on a client

Once services are defined, they can be attached to a client to represent what that client is contracted for. This informs invoicing and reporting.

Preferred currency

The currency used for all pricing is set globally in Settings → Whitelabel → Preferred currency. Services pricing is always displayed in that currency.

Editing and deleting services

  • Edit: Click the service name to open the detail view and update any field.
  • Delete: Services with no active client contracts can be deleted. Services in use must have those contracts removed first.
