Inviting Client Members

Each client can have one or more portal users (their team members). Invitations are sent per-client from the client's detail page.

Sending an invitation

  1. Open the client in /admin/clients.
  2. Go to the Members tab.
  3. Click Invite Member and enter the person's email address.
  4. They receive an email with a link to create their account.

The invitation uses Clerk under the hood. The invitee must complete the sign-up flow before they can access the portal.

Member roles

Client members have access only to their own client's portal. They cannot see other clients' data or any part of the admin panel.

Removing a member

To remove a client member, go to their client's Members tab and revoke their access. This signs them out of any active sessions immediately.

Resending an invitation

If an invitee hasn't accepted, you can resend the invitation from the same Members tab. Expired invitations must be re-sent to generate a new link.
