Mailchimp Integration

Connecting Mailchimp pulls email campaign performance into the client's portal.

Prerequisites

• A Mailchimp account
• A Mailchimp API key
• The client's Mailchimp Audience ID (List ID)

Connecting for a client

1. Open the client in /admin/clients.
2. Go to Integrations → Mailchimp.
3. Enter the API Key (generated in Mailchimp → Account → Extras → API keys).
4. Enter the Audience ID (found in Mailchimp → Audience → Settings → Audience name and defaults).
5. Click Test Connection.
6. Click Save.

What the client sees

Campaign stats including send count, open rate, click rate, and unsubscribes for recent campaigns sent to the linked audience.

Troubleshooting

Error	Likely cause
Invalid API key	Key has been deleted or is entered incorrectly
List not found	Audience ID is incorrect
API key does not have access	Key belongs to a different account
