Agency Overview
The Client Portal gives your agency a central place to manage client relationships, share deliverables, track tasks, and surface campaign analytics — all under your own branding.
Two sides to the portal

When you log in as an agency user you land in the admin panel. Clients log in through the same URL but see their own portal view.
First-time setup
If this is a fresh workspace, the app will redirect you to the onboarding flow at /admin/onboarding. Complete these steps before inviting clients:
- Connect your workspace — add your API keys and database credentials in General Settings.
- Set up branding — upload your logo and choose an accent colour so the client-facing portal reflects your agency.
- Configure integrations — connect Google Drive and Slack so client folders and channels can be created automatically.
- Create your first client — head to Managing Clients.
Navigation
The admin sidebar gives you quick access to:
- Overview — high-level summary across all clients: pending files, upcoming events, and a CSV metrics uploader.
- Clients — your full client list with onboarding and integration status at a glance.
- Tasks — all tasks across every client in one view.
- Files — file approval queue.
- Calendar — events and calendar requests from all clients.
- Assets — shared asset library.
- Settings — workspace configuration, integrations, branding, team, and services.
