Services & Pricing
Define the services your agency offers in Settings → Services. These are used when creating invoices and proposals for clients.
Creating a service
- Click New Service.
- Enter the service name (e.g. "Social Media Management").
- Set a price and choose a billing unit (per month, per hour, fixed, etc.).
- Add a description (optional) — this appears on client-facing invoices.
- Click Save.
Pricing tiers
Each service can have multiple pricing tiers to represent different service levels (e.g. Starter, Growth, Enterprise). Add tiers from the service detail view.
Using services on a client
Once services are defined, they can be attached to a client to represent what that client is contracted for. This informs invoicing and reporting.
Preferred currency
The currency used for all pricing is set globally in Settings → Whitelabel → Preferred currency. Services pricing is always displayed in that currency.
Editing and deleting services
- Edit: Click the service name to open the detail view and update any field.
- Delete: Services with no active client contracts can be deleted. Services in use must have those contracts removed first.
