Integrations Overview
The Client Portal connects to a range of third-party services to pull in analytics, automate file storage, and keep your team in sync.
Integration types
Per-client integrations
These are configured individually for each client and surface data inside that client's portal:
| Integration | What it does |
|---|---|
| Meta Ads | Shows Facebook/Instagram ad performance |
| Google Analytics 4 | Shows website traffic and conversion data |
| Google Search Console | Shows organic search performance |
| Mailchimp | Shows email campaign metrics |
| Klaviyo | Shows email/SMS campaign metrics |
Workspace integrations
These are configured once at the workspace level and apply to all clients:
| Integration | What it does |
|---|---|
| Google Drive | Auto-creates client folders; stores deliverables |
| Slack | Auto-creates client channels; sends notifications |
Where to configure
- Per-client integrations: Client detail page → Integrations tab
- Workspace integrations: Settings → Integrations
Integration status
The Clients list shows connection status icons for Drive and Slack next to each client. Green means connected, grey means not yet set up.
