Integrations Overview

The Client Portal connects to a range of third-party services to pull in analytics, automate file storage, and keep your team in sync.

Integration types

Per-client integrations

These are configured individually for each client and surface data inside that client's portal:

Integration	What it does
Meta Ads	Shows Facebook/Instagram ad performance
Google Analytics 4	Shows website traffic and conversion data
Google Search Console	Shows organic search performance
Mailchimp	Shows email campaign metrics
Klaviyo	Shows email/SMS campaign metrics

Workspace integrations

These are configured once at the workspace level and apply to all clients:

Integration	What it does
Google Drive	Auto-creates client folders; stores deliverables
Slack	Auto-creates client channels; sends notifications

Where to configure

• Per-client integrations: Client detail page → Integrations tab
• Workspace integrations: Settings → Integrations

Integration status

The Clients list shows connection status icons for Drive and Slack next to each client. Green means connected, grey means not yet set up.
