Logging In

First-time login

1. Check your email for an invitation from your agency.
2. Click the Accept Invitation link — this takes you to the portal sign-up page.
3. Create a password (or sign in with Google if that option is shown).
4. You'll land on your portal dashboard.

Returning login

Go to the portal URL your agency gave you and click Sign In. Enter your email and password.

If you signed up with Google, click Continue with Google instead.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

Session timeout

Your session stays active for a standard period. If you're inactive for an extended time you'll be asked to sign in again.

Having trouble?

If you can't access your account — for example if your invitation expired — contact your agency and ask them to re-send the invitation.
